New Loading Screen and Menu Background for Events

Hi,

I think it would be refreshing to see new loading screen, and Menu in events.

Timber could be running on a snowy field instead of the green grassy field during the loading screen.

Snow Man, Snow and Ice background would be refreshing for menu, something like winter wonderland location... And your Avatar stands Infront of it.

There can be a lot of themes and ideas for each event! And it would be refreshing to see something new when you are remapping in hauntlet or event runs!

I know some people would not like this as they would like to keep the current nostalgic UI, but change is worth a try and it's temporary!

Doesn't require almost any coding, less than 30min of graphic designing to change the loading screen background.

Could also change timber to baby blizz for winter event
