Move to the USA.
Im in the USA and all my plat offers are pay for plat. It’s only android devices that provide offers for downloading games and reaching a certain level.
I do wish I could do similar offers but mine are simply pay $20 and receive several hundred platinum.
If there could be more download game related offers for iOS that would be much appreciated if not no worries I can understand from a game developers point of view.
