Change Pisces proc time to the same as mage staff
the issue with the pisces dagger is that its already more difficult to proc them because u need to get close to the mobs or boss and risk to get killed + u need to charge attack and thats hard(not possible) on moving bosses or mobs
the proc duration currently is 5seconds
so lets assume u proc u realize u proced after seeing the text seapower - already a second passed
then u need to auto attack the mobs and or boss to bend(to armour debuff(if they have armour) and to place the dot(blue cloud thing)) - also if the mobs or boss are moving or stunning u that will make u loose a few seconds aswell
after that u want to use ur skills to actually do damage (aimed shot, pierce etc.)
and to do all that in 5seconds is a real challenge especially for high ping players
In my opininon it would be fair to increase the proc time to the same as the mage staff(i think its 7 seconds) not just because of these reasons also because the pisces daggers arent so good rn u can see them selling for less than 20mil already even tho rogue is still the most popular class and the staff still selling at 70mil
also u can clearly see for example in evg solo how rogues are not getting high scores because they are lacking single target damage([cant kill boss]that makes no sense)
