How much does tinted proc increase damage? Like a red item, is it 4,000 to 8,000 time

Trash set, only red and orange items are good nowadays.

Tainted Set has like 4 different procs: crit, damage, health, etc. It's random, it spawns something on the ground which you have to pick up
