Email support. We can't help as, really, we don't know what you do so we can't tell you what you did wrong.
Bans are not supposed to be discussed on forums.

Read the TOS and the Forum rules. Both will explain what you did wrong and why you don't discuss this topic on forums.

It was the prostitution. STS doesn't allow electronic prostitution in their games. Sorry :(

Seriously STS needs to create a forum tutorial showing what the search feature is, how to use it and restrict the ability to post untill completed. Maybe then we wouldn't have to repeat ourselves every day...

Its a bit good because I use to loose my concentration from studies for playing this game, but now I can again concentrate so nvm, enjoy all bye guys and how do you Download this game on laptop beacause this device is banned not the account lol :-) :-) :-) :-) ......
If the device is banned the account usually is to,and if you log in with it,it will most likely banned you're laptop to.
