If it it coolest looking despite the stats, I would say two whites from the swamps, the Voodoo Spoon and the Croc Spine.

Zombie's Saintly Shield, for one. I'd be hard-pressed to pick anything else I think looks as cool, but I guess the Flameskull Fireflinger, or other item with a skull on a stick image is pretty cool, too.

The shock lances look pretty awesome.
