Is that true that the Fallen Prince can change your Dingy Helm into another vanity?
Not anymore. That's a hangover from Sewers when 56 was cap.

Dingy crown of persistence was the uncrafted version of the original crown of persistence...

It could be crafted into either a str/int or dex crown of persistence
