Very high dex, pisces dags + arcane vest on loadout 1 and pisces dags with zaar set on load 2, load 3 is bounty bow zaarus for the left over mobs. Mephisto aa, just proc dags and spam normal attack on everything. Wave 93 is top 50 it seems but wave 95 should be safe wave 100+ top 10.
Its not easy. I died on 101 because pisces didn't proc 1mil pts.
