Kraken shield proc suggestion

https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...f4ae8900e1.jpgCurrent proc of kraken shield seems descent. To make It more useful, can we add HP regen and some dmg buff?

Because the vortex pulls the mobs of elite maps to war after the proc, sometime I feel like about to die or short of HP even after weapon proc.

Suggestion:
@Cinco and @asommers
So additional Hp regen + some dmg buff will help the wars to survive and clear mobs with confidence when krak arm in CD.
