What gear & what jewels
mythic set+kill ring+enchanter+infes mind superb jewels
My rouge got 32% dex(without mythic set buff) with exquisite jewels but im still in 2.4k dex. I hope you get an idea of how much you need ty.

my rogue had about 2750 dex with 53% dex awakes and full exquis jewels. With full Flawless I wouldve been a bit under 3k. You need about 8% stat on every item and full flawless jewels to hit 3k. I know you were asking for 2500 but maybe this helps anyways lol idk
7% ish on each item with full superb is already enough to get to 2.5k

Try to get 6%+ all first then focus on jewels, should be enough
