Maybe a higher level of artifi can craftable by using old runes can be good idea. Since people leveling up still can farm runes to get some gold also runes can be added to events idk.

Tbh increase drops fragments ,daily tokens and Lower price for fragment to rune conversion very hard to craft takes so much time and idk if it's even worth it or not
