So others might have a chance to purchase the vanity or crate also, Not only those people with less ping so that they purchase and the vanity stock will disappear within seconds.
Others might create a new dummy account to purchase one but the thing to counter this one is only with 7 Days Log Character can purchase the stuff.

although i have no idea how to make it work as intended.
player can prepare for this and make account right now..
long wait time, such as 1 year will not let any new players buy stuff
long wait time for people who already have made an account.. this; idk how its possible to track this. - but its my best solution.
