30 seconds is a bit high. Can it be changed to 18 seconds?
A really helpful thing to add to proc cooldowns is have it show up as a green symbol for when your proc is active and red when it is inactive but on cooldown. Proc active for 10 seconds, green symbol has a 10s duration and after 10 seconds its got a 8s duration of the red symbol that appears. Total 18 seconds.

Also, adding another icon or something in place of the Ultimate ability button ( for those who don’t use them ) to indicate cooldowns of different types. Especially if the new 81 kraken ring and amulet have proc of their own, our buff bar at the top left is always packed with other temporary crit buffs, health boosts, shields, speed increases, armor buffs. Etc.
I know that the artifact, armor, helmet, weapon buff indicators prioritize over these buffs shown above. But to move the icons of each of the 81 arcane gear pieces somewhere else on screen, makes it easier to prioritize loadouts to be swapped properly, instead of moving both hotbar lines across the screen under your player icon. Even a third hotbar, make it smaller and have a slot for each 81 arcane proc. So there we can move the bar freely around, and keep an eye on all cooldowns with ease.
Bottomline being: A cleaner way to see / distinguish between all arcane procs + abilities would be greatly appreciated.

20 seconds seems reasonable for match with armor

20 secs is good enough
30 seconds is long time in AL, perhaps most games too.
I thought about proc control rather than lowering the cd, considering one may compare it to an ult.
however.. we can’t control the proc while it’s equipped? So it’s a problem.
As belt has a synergy with the weapons? I guess it could work the other way too, so something with the weapons will activate the belt, for example.

How bout adding a passive to the artifact similar to what ring and belt have?
This passive would lower the artifact's CD by 2 seconds for every kraken set item that's equipped.
That way it would push players to combine full kraken set and make it easier to match procs.
To be honest I think it might be ok and fair to have 30sec cooldown. I haven’t tried it but just by looking At it and comparing to 76 arti.
We have a much much much better proc and unless The Valley it applies by making damage not after killing a mob. The artifact is insane so I think it’s fine to have a longer cooldown neither would I complain about it to be reduced. But I doubt it’s needed one After we alrdy have so many boss killer procs.
