20%ms is a part of stats buff that u get using (equipping)full mythic set 4/4 along with int,dex,str + other buffs etc they r there alrdy it’s not a proc that needs to be stacking

For example:- The 2x Ms from kraken armor doesn’t stack with speed set as it’s a proc u don’t get that buff just from equipping it also it doesn’t say (stacking) same with other pets happiness bonuses if there’s Ms in Happiness bonus u get that buff but if it says (stacking) next to it then it can be stacked with speed elixirs other wise not.
