Valley Artifact Stacks?

Hi,

Might be a silly question, so I apologize in advance. :)

I was looking at arcane artifacts for a mage and I have the following question:

On the Valley talisman, the damage/hp proc does not specifically say “stacking”, like on the Kraken artifact. Is this a wording issue, or does the bonus actually not stack (if I have a dmg% pet on)?

its a wording issue the damage stacks from valley proc
