I don't know what this is for, if someone can explain

I found this recipe in my bag and it seems to be from event, but i can't figure out what is it for to craft because nowhere in the crafting it shows up as needed. If someone can explain, thanksAttachment 253964

The quest item unlocks the ability to craft Cryptareth egg. It isn’t consumed, but I think you need it in your inventory to access crafting.
