It is by purpose. Not a bug.
They decided to include lower spots rewards for higher spots in this event.
Dirty move from sts, if the top players can get it all then no one would buy from the lower lb runners.. i hope they wont do this again especially on main events.
LB rewards should only be exclusive to its certain LB spot.
1st they made lb rewards tradable & now this. Smh
Thats how it should always be. Imagine grinding for being the best but not getting all of it. What if a player likes the top 10 and top 25 rewards? It is not his fault to become #1. I see no problem on this other than players being selfish, thinking it may decrease the prices of their prizes.

What i meant is it will decrease the rarity of all the lower tier rewards in some way.
Giving the top10 all the rewards means there would be a surplus of the lower lb rewards that would circulate the economy making it less valuable imo.
Im more than happy to grind for a bound vanity that "only" i could wear instead of seeing a bunch of rich dudes wearing the same thing that they just bought from someone.
I guess it is what it is, its already there, lets just see how this plays out.
I did some lbs, although i did top5/top10, i did not get the top25 rewards. More effort and more time spent running the event but i was not able to get the significant item. Example halloween lb 2022, the top25 badge was good and so was the medusa banner. but top5 didnt get that. I know people are gonna say, if u liked top25, just do top25. I liked top5 too, so i did top5 and was only available for 1 week, couldnt do top25 another week like some others did. Im sure devs understand better. i put in effort for top5, i should recieve what top25 players were promised.
Same for winter lb and ursoth lb. Ursoth top25 ancient predictions banner was one of the best. but all top10 got was a vanity set, even though i spent more gold/put in more time and effort running the event.
This temple lb rewards is fair. Top10 getting top50 rewards is fair. because they put in more effort/were better than the rest. They must be rewarded for placing in the top50 ranks (say they are #4) and for placing in top10 ranks(as #4). This is how all lbs should be.
If giving top 50 prizes to top10 makes the items less rare, maybe top50 shouldnt exist anymore, but top 25 max :)

Tbh i really feel not all leaderboards should have tradable vanities, it very much reduces the value of all the effort put into it , having tradable lbs once in a while is fine , but now it seems like theres just too many tradable lb items and the value of the effort put in grinding lbs gets undermined vastly .
