- Dungeon is randomized, different effects/enemies appear in each dungeon (but the dungeon layouts are identical).
- once you enter the dungeon.. you cannot exit unless you complete it, (yes, if you DC, you respawn outside)
I do like the concept of a dungeon where you get one “life” to get through it.

As for normal mode it is the same as running without ankhs. Died? Respawn at the start.
Even entrance fee has been here in AL for quite a while (forgotten ruins premium entry, nightmare zone entry, elondrian special zone).
Oh wait, respawn at the start is not the same as start it all over again.
That's really new concept and may be attractive for players who want to encounter with caution but can't tolerate risks related to dying in hardcore mode.
