Yes , I would say weak jewels is the sweet spot as it takes only a few seconds to craft them , upgrading them more than that doesn't have any significant profits .
I'd say excellent or standard are the most popular ones.
I used to farm jewels couple years back.
You'd need to find a bulk buyer if you'd like to sell weak ones.
