New awakes that make game better

We know we have limits to some stats like armor and dodge.
Imo it's a great addition to bring awakes that increase max cap(limit) by a little.
Example:

Increase max dodge chance by +1% (0.5, 0.8, 1, 1.5 can be added to the awake pool)
- max dodge cannot be higher than 85%.
Increase max armor by +50 (50, 75, 100, 130)
- max armor cannot give higher than 90% damage reduction.

This can be brought in with the new lvl86 expansion. I got more ideas for miscellaneous awakes...
