Careers implantation

Hi
Here is something I saw in many mmo that I played and I would like to see it in AL aswell.
Careers.
Such as classes it apports diversification to your character.
It is a career like a job that gives you the opportunity to acquire special skills, advantages or allows you to craft some items.
It could be a great addition to AL giving us the opportunity to farm something else than gold and implementing cool features and content at the same time.
