Oh! Have you done Matheo's quest line? He should give you access on his second quest.
Yeah I've done that, my other friends also experiencing same issue. We can go to 3rd map by the town area but not through the world mapQuote:

Looks like there's also an issue with Yuti that we just fixed that'll ungate your progress through the storyline.

If maps 3 and 4 are not available to you after the update, just use the portal to map 3 and it will unlock them.
