Bracelet can be equip by other class

I think it should be equip by other class, it is like other accessories like pendant, artifact, ring and belt.

There are some that are class-specific and some that aren't. We aren't consistent in this regard, sorry.

In looking at the data, I did find some rings and amulets that shouldn't be class-specific but are, so we'll get those fixed, but all accessories that currently have classes do so by design.
