When it comes to a speed set I buy the one with the speed wakes. If I’m going to fast I want to be the fastest. I know what I paid for my speed set and I didn’t care about any other wakes except for the extra speed.

I would say ask for offers and try to sell it not cheap and if you find it hard to sell it maybe lower the price but you should get gold and get another amulet to awak with the gold maybe

Speed set ring and amulet you typically want to roll move speed. This is self explanatory. But just in case you don't understand why I'll explain.
For you to attempt to get cap movespeed in this game you have to use speed set so it becomes a staple naturally. The way the game works is by having multiple dedicated complete sets.
What I mean by complete set is weapon,helm,armor,belt,ring,amulet,artifact,and now bracelet.
You need a speed complete set,gold loot complete set, stat% complete set, and etc the list goes on. Ask any top player they'll tell you.
Now moving on
Let's say you rolled this on a divine ring or a kraken ring for war it would be way more valuable.
Let's say you rolled this on kraken amulet for war or sunset amulet for war. It would be way more valuable.
This roll on a artifact for war would be way more valuable.
On a kraken war helm kraken war armor kraken war weapon. You understand?

I dont know the exact math but i am sure these sets do give set bonus even with different typing .
And 3-4% str easily mean it is equal to a normal perni str ammulet since it will give 72 str .
The other awake of 4.5% str is what you should focus on.
Like its price should be equal to perni str amulet with 4-5% str awake.
