Aquareth boss bug

Idk if u have noticed. But after killing aquareth boss there is chance of a massive debuff applying on one of characters. I ve seen in normal boss tank dies in couple of ticks.
Idk if this is intended but when this happens it's almost 100% death if u don't get shield from tank heal or glow aa.
If possible check it pls.

I've looked into this and don't see anything obvious. I'll have to spend some more looking at it in greater detail, but any information you can give about what he was doing before death would be helpful.
