Quality of life improvement for occupy windmore event update

Sir dev can we get a 90° spin button along with the rotate in furniture placement . No1 this will save players a ton of time . No2 will help newbies to decor get those crisp and perfectly alligned furniture builds without learning the difficult techniques we the old school builders are using . .
