Definitely plasma because of the lightning proc. However, Djinn Spears and Shock Lances are better than both ;)
they both fail. lances or spears ftw!

I'm with you there (though the dagger can actually rip through mobs, mostly due to the bleed proc on top of the DPS). I'm just saying the plasma can be pretty effective against low-armor foes in PvE, though the very short range is annoying unless you can constantly stun your target.Quote:
