How many power points (total) at lvl 30? 31?

I leveled to 30. Got a notification that I had 5 unspent power points, went to power tab, had 0.
So how many total power points should I have at this point? And will I get a power point at lvl 31?

I disabled auto-level around lvl 16, then paid plat to respec (just fyi).

I searched forum, but only found threads up to 21.

I Hope Waste Alot of plat In Respec my power points but bet the pro's will still bet me in ctf and dm :P

I did respec twice now and I do still suck somewhat in it, lol.
