For collectors? Rare? Anyone knows what it is? Check this out!!!

So I have come across this item and I haven't really seen it before.

Item: Rog gear
Rarity: Rare
Item Name: Forest Coat of Celerity

So the reason I am asking if anyone knows if it's rare or not. So the reason why I am asking is that this item has Rare rarity, which has green color to it, however; this is first time I seeing Rare item quality that has blue name on it !

That’s pretty typical. I find regular armor like that that looks as good as a vanity, even though nobody else has it. I haven’t seen anyone looking to buy that kind of thing, though. It does seem like everything is either all blue or all green.

Urmmm not rare sadly and you prolly can find it couple thousand gold in auc if someone didn't delete from inventory straight away
