Heavy arcanite Stone problem

Hi devs! I don't understand why when the kraken armor is activated using the heavy stones the speed remains exactly the same, but when the bio amulet proc is activated I do have more speed. Could you fix the kraken armor proc issue?, it should have more speed when it's activated. 2x speed more.

Kraken armor is non-stacking, bio beast is stacking.
Debuffs override non-stacking, but stacking still applies.
