I would simply like a dollar sign crest ($)

there is a new badge if you look in the badges category, at upcoming lucky lemuel you can drop as loot

I think you misread the badges.

The clover badge is a leaderboard reward for St Patrick's day event, top 10 for two different years.

The new added badge is the

Princely Crest which is looted from the Price Lev'Lar event.
