since this new banner has 2 faces . could we have a function to flip the banner around and have either side of the dragon heads facing frontwards

I don't think they will make a whole new feature just for one item
but won't hurt to make it so that it rotates at a constant speed
or instead of a new feature . just give 2 banners . 1 for each face at the frontQuote:
