76 Int Lv 29 ice wand from trader Skull bracer of mastery or dreamer winker...
Dreamer Bone Cloth
Dreamer Bone Staff/Dreamers Gem staff
Dreamer Elven Helmet

Equip Helm Then winker Then wand... Then Cloth, Then staff

DO NOT kite, i cant stress this enough
Rage Evade Blood
The goal is to keep your opponent stunned while blasting them out with staff

Your set skill row Can be however works for u
