You want brand new arc sets are guaranteed? Why would that happen, has that ever been a thing? or maybe you prefer to go back to krak guaranteed then you can get arc gear :D
When Kraken Battle Armor came out I'm almost 100% it was guaranteed loot in locks. Now I don't know how old you guys are or how much experience you got in the gaming field but sts is 100% absolutely aware of what they are doing.
