A quick follow-up, is the Mimic! vanity item from Harold (Nuri's Town) now gone? I could not find it. Thanks in advance!
The L40 Bow pack comes with a dexterity helmet, dexterity armor, and a bow. The Mimic! Vanity item is available by talking to Sir Van Etee in the front of Nuri's.
Those item packs aren't worth it.

Yeh its really weak
There are a lot of other better alternatives. Here is what I would recommend for PvE:
Helm: Level 40 Sniper's Scorpion Helm
Armor: Level 40 Sniper's Scorpion Armor
Weapon: Sniper's Scarab Bow
