Hailstone PvP Rework
Hailstone has turned low level pvp into whoever proc first wins, and it’s ruining the fun of low level PvP. A quick suggestion to make it more balanced is one
reduce time frozen to a maximum of 1.5 seconds. Two reduce the amount damage caused by the hailstone proc. PvP should not be luck based it should be skilled based and hailstone is proving that having good stats doesn’t mean anything in this current hailstone and pet meta.

Our current stance is we have Honor PvP for those that want to PvP without item upgrades/enhancements.

I understand that, I listened to what you said I been sitting in Honor PvP for about 25 minutes and not a soul joined. It seems like people enjoy the ability to surpass others more than joining honor PvP. Maybe it’s because you can only do honor PvP at max level or The combat is too slow, regardless I think a since the option for Non-Honor PvP exits it should to be given the option to be balanced in a way that makes it fair fight for all but at the same time giving the players who have better gear/awakes and skill the edge over others. I appreciate your response I’ll keep on waiting in honor PvP until someone joins (hopefully)

Big -1 I love how low lvl PvP works rn and it never been more alive than now. All thanks to frostfire and hailstone gems. Games are balanced, you just need to know the right strategy for your class and outsmart your opponent.
If you don’t like frostfire gems, then don’t play twink PvP, but you really don’t need to ruin it for others. Cheers :)

It's okay, they won't adjust something like this for pvp. I agree, only way a rogue or mage kills me is
1 I'm in cd and don't see the nuke coming
2 I'm stunned for like 1 minute by multiple stuns and just watch myself get slaughtered.
Hail and yeti give rogues and mages a chance to kill wars at end game
