Event Elixir

Hello everyone,

I would like to discuss this topic.

Event elixirs need a massive overhaul for future events.
In the past we had bane items which were amazing, because they were really helpfull and cheap platinum price to buy.
I can't remember exactually if you could keep them after the event or you would lose them.

The event elixirs we have no are ridicilious.
They're pay to win elixirs, expensive and don't last long.

My suggestions to change event elixirs:
-Remove event points score boost (15%).
This is pay to win. And for free to play players, not fun to compete in LB against all money whale players.
-Platinum cost should be 10 platinum for every event.
-Event elixir should last 1 hour for every event.
-No restricted loot behind event elixirs.
You're locking content behind a real money paid elixir. This is disgraceful.

Event elixir should only give increased chance for event loot drops.
We need bane items back. Platinum cost 10. Removed after event.

Also can you guys actually show the increased drop chance %?
Like how much % does it actually increase the drops by?
Transparency please.

Elixir shouldn't give +1 nitro and +1 dynamite.
Elixir shouldn't last for 10 minutes but for 1 hour.
Elixir shouldn't increase event score points by 15%.
Elixir should show the actual increased drop chance %.
Like come on, just tell us by how much it increases it by.
Transparency please.

You're not bringing anything new to the table nor said anything new about the state of the game. All that stuff has already been said countless times and they've surely read it themselves countless times. If you don't see any of those things changing then there's your answer - it won't change

Just be like me. Dont play anymore and especially dont spend money. Ive always been very vocal with what i thought of the game and i do not agree with their way of doing things. Hell i wrote an document years ago which got traction and even had cinco respond to it. But ultimately nothing changed, things even got worse. The writing has been on the wall for a long time that at this point they are doing the bare minimum to keep the game alive to siphon money from people who still buy from them. I'll link my post in here so you can see it for yourself.

At this point ive given up on seeing the game changed and moved onto other things. I recommend you do the same. Dont let your bitterness for what was once a good game ruin you.

Would like to give this topic more attention.
Because I think it's unhealthy for the game and ruins event LB running.

There are things that I agree that sts is doing such as aggressive monetization eliminating everything that can be farmed, replacing it with platinum or only eliminating it, such as the unlock in events, chests of items for your house, among other things
Elixirs should not last 10 minutes and even worse if they are spent in the city or if they are spent in the city that lasts at least an hour, there are other ways to monetize events without showing hunger
And please community do not have to be so conformist saying if they want it so it will be like this we are the ones who buy the products we are the customers and if they do not want to listen to the customers in a good and peaceful way touch the hard way, stop buying platinum until they start listening to the community

In short, that the elixes are as before and that there is at least a special drop that makes the elixir worth buying, that it is not only for the extra points and that they are not satisfied with the crumbs they are given

In addition to bane items, we sometimes had multiple elixirs doing different things per event. These were getting too cumbersome to manage, so we've been working over the years on making a single event elixir, making it straightforward, and making it work similar among all events. We try different things with each event and have somewhat settled on what we have now (which, admittedly, looks like something you don't like):

+ Optional zone debuffing (immune to snares/stuns/etc.)
+ 10 Platinum for 10 minutes
+ Provides bonus loot

We wanted to make the elixir attractive, so we think this is fair. Free to play players have the option of trading/auctioning elixirs.

I took a look at the elixirs for the last few events and the loot chance is roughly doubled. We'll make sure to add that information into the elixirs. I also noticed we're not consistent with the countdown, so since they're 10 minutes, I could see making the change where they only count down in PvE.

Appreciate the feedback.

Fair enough you guys are trying to make 1 event elixir.
But this event elixir ruins LB event running.
Now all the rich players can buy tons of event elixirs and always be on top.

In my opinion you should remove the 15% event points score boost.
And for the future event elixirs, write down the % of the bonus loot chance.
So for example: 50% increased bonus loot chances.

You guys are just using these elixirs to make money of them.
The way you've made them now.

You guys already make enough money with your illegal/gamble locked crates and your broken/unfair awake system.
So maybe slow it down a bit and be more fair to your players.
