It's usually immediate, but can vary fairly wildly depending on who you're purchasing through and with what form of payment.
That's all on the provider's end, not ours, so nothing we can do with it. If it's google play or apple, you can try logging out and back in, or force closing and relaunching, in case it somehow wasn't reported, but that's very rare.
