Hello, I've been having trouble buying a Guild Charter and it's getting annoying. Each time I tries to buy the Guild Charter I'm returned with an error ' Purchase cancel, the item does not provide any use to you '. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Oh ya, I'm not in a guild so that's not the issue.
