Lethality

Does the lethality location work for pvp or is it just pve?

They need to buff the instant death from lethality to 50% hp 10% is useless do to how fast weapons kill mobs in 1-2 ticks

It takes them a while before processing common sense. Just like with unique gems like para, took them long to understand they weren't supposed to be discontinued.
