We need more AoE for rogues in order to proc faster..
Mages and Wars use 1 skill and proc everything, for rogues it can take much more.
I think this can be solved easily if Nox Bolt skill would be more realiable.
If you can make it that the DoT will tick faster, and that even a non charged Nox Bolt would trigger on several mobs.
More like an actual DoT, more like Fireball skill of a mage.
If you do that, I promise you no rogue will ever complain again about proc rates.
+1 100% agreed make nox also aoe skill like storm and we would got no issues to proc when used with razor bleed perk to and haste hb+aa

+1. It would have the potential to make the clear better.
The AOE and tick damage needs to be scaled up accordingly perhaps matching a mage fire ball.
End game runs are at such a fast pace where there is literally no time to charge skills as it would not be the most effective way to clear. People tend to charge Nox only at one set of mobs at the start for the proc of the Arti and thats it.
I don't think it will solve the issue with Rogue being the worst at mobs. But yeah will definitely be a nice addition.
