Best dex twink gear

I'm making a bowbear and wanted to know the best twink gear for him. Thx

I assume you mean lvl 19...

Helm: Assasin's Sniper Helm (green) for the extra dex and crit - can be subsituted for Pirates Sniper Helm for h/s, or Burglar's Avian Helm for m/s.
Weapon: Sniper Auto-Crossbow (PINK)
Armor: Lvl 14 Forest Leathers (pink) - can be subsituted for Burglar's Green Leathers m/s, or Robber's Natural Leathers for h/s
