incorrect speed calculation?

so the initial total speed i have over my damage set reaches 3,23x. but it rose down a lot to 2,90x (33% decrease) whereas the only tiny difference made is me switching from 24% speed star beast shield to 22% speed star beast chain. shield is fully socketed with noble fury jewels while chain only has 1x enchanted arcanite stone + 1x eye of syrillax jewel

Enchanted arcanite stone has -30% movement speed.

ah gotcha, no wonder i can't find any clue because normally say a cursed jewel for example has its drawback written on it for players to discern after socketing. guess this is one of the special cases heh
