is this just an attack on the enemy? same as the forcebreaker weapon which has 100% cosmic?

It say it it's the aura that deal 100% cosmic damage... It doesn't say it buff your cosmic damageQuote:

Yeah it's not visible when inflicted to enemy....but you can see there's aura under your character....when you stand near mobs the mobs will receive damage without you needing to hit the enemy.Quote:
