Server issues?

Hello there, Im playing from norway, and i get Disconnected ALOT, i have a stable connection, around 200 all the time, suddenly i get disconnected, Would like some answers on this and i would like you guys to check this out.... Annoying as... yea.. its very often around this time(i believe its around day/morning time in us)?! soo..much traffic or what is it?
