I have a red Exlamation point flashing next to my energy level indicator. Also I'm not getting any exp. points rewarded to me after a mission or from my minions. This is happening with a new build at lvl 5. Can someone tell me what's going on?

exclimation point i because your toon is below recomended lvl for that misssion and no exp would be because you disabled xp gain in options

Yes this happens in other games if your are above 10 or so levels then the standard level for that match the XP is completely taken away :/
You have your XP disabled. Look 4 a check box in your settings then uncheck it. It says disable XP.
