It's not dealing the -h/p per second or dot. Just taunts.
I noticed on the zombies in forest haven it does 3 damage at lvl 6 summon once u click and it shows the proc on them but their health isn't going down like it's supposed to. There is only an initial 3 damage on the zombies in forest haven.
Edit: Same goes for the rhino might (the lightning stomp thingy) doesn't deal the -h/p/s. I'm guessing that all the skills that have the - hp/s aren't working right now.
