I think it's more for players who have never played sts games. When they see a promo code for something free, they might be more inclined to try the game. Little do they know, the items are poop.
I think promos n the future will be vanity now with the vanity option. Still promo weapons would be poop.
When you liquidate them can you get them back after a while?
