Buying Shiloh Egg Bug?

At first I was able to bought Koko egg with Valdor of Kraag after that the egg as item went to my inventory and able to sell it for other purposes.
Secondly when hauntlet coins reached 250 I bought Shiloh egg after that a notification stating like a new pet was acquired pop on my screen. So basically Shiloh egg was not in my inventory instead went straight ahead to my stable. I've already logged a ticket with Spacetime Studio Support ticket is #109297 last 01/17 but still no updates.
