My character is stuck in the game!

It happened after last update. My character stuck in the game. When i try to login, i start to game with 50k ping and then i disconnected.

Character's name= Rotlassen
Please help.

Tried, but didn't work.
It only happens on my acc. We tried with my bro's acc. and it worked well.
